I called him after seeing a mouse the night before and he showed up the same day. He did more than he was asked for to ensure we would get no problems at all. He answered every question asked and was very knowledgeable. After dealing with the mice problem and also dealing with ants along the way. I called him after he was closed out of emergency of a bee nest in my kids room, he was very considerate of my situation and came straight over to deal with the bees.
